Marsy is a UK-based brand offering premium oil-based perfumes. Our current product offering consists of a curated gift box containing six unique fragrance bottles. Future product offerings may be introduced and will be subject to these terms.

We aim to ensure all product descriptions and imagery on our website are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations in appearance or scent may occur due to the artisanal nature of our product.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include applicable UK VAT (if relevant).
Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept payment via major debit and credit cards, as well as other secure payment methods made available at the time of purchase.
4. Order Acceptance
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and Marsy will only be formed once we dispatch the item(s) to you.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, or unforeseen courier delays.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our product (perfumes/oils), we are unable to accept returns once packaging has been opened or tampered with.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, product names, branding, logos, and written descriptions, is the property of Marsy and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our express written consent.
